摘  要:采用总活异养菌 2 2 16E平板计数法 (HPC ,HeterotrophicBacterial 2 2 16EPlateCount) ,弧菌TCBS平板计数法 (VPC ,VibrioTCBSPlateCount) ,对山东荣城湾月湖水体中的细菌生物量分布及变化进行了研究 ,并同步进行各采样点的水质监测。监测内容包括 :化学需氧量 (COD)、氨氮 (NH+ 4 N)、硝酸盐 (NO 3 N)、亚硝酸盐 (NO 2 N )、溶解氧 (DO)、磷 (P)、酸度和重金属 (Pb、Cr、Cd、Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe、Al)。水质检测结果显示酸度正常 ,重金属、P、总无机氮、溶解氧符合一类水质标准 ,COD属于三类水质标准。多元统计分析结果表明 ,1、2和 6号站位的异养菌数明显偏高 ,其主要影响因素是微生物的营养盐包括NO- 2 N、NO 3 N、NH+ 4 N和P ,主成分 -因子分析提取 3个主要因子 ,占全部因子贡献率的 87.6 8% ;聚类分析结果显示COD、NO 2 N、NO 3 N、NH+ 4 N和P对水体的污染程度相差不大 ,其中因子 1(营养盐 )为重要的水环境因子 。The Yuehu Lake is a lagoon inlet system located in the Rongcheng Bay where the distribution and variance of bacterial flora were analyzed.With the methods of HPC and VPC, at the same time ,the detection of water quality was carried out. The detection included COD, NH + 4 N, NO 3 N, NO 2 N, DO, P, pH and heavy metals such as Pb, Cr, Cd, Mn, Zn, Cu, Fe, Al and so on. The detection results showed: the pH is normal, heavy metals, P, the total inorganic nitrogen and DO accord with class I water quality standard,COD belongs to the class III water quality standard. Results of cluster analysis showed, heterotrophic bacterial of No 1,2 and 6 center is higher apparently. The main affecting factors are MB's mutrients including NH + 4 N, NO + 3 N, NO + 2 N and P, principal component factor analysis abstracted 3 main factors, accounting for 87.68% overall factor 's contributing rate. The cluster analysis showed COD, NH + 4 N, NO 3 N, NO 2 N and P are similar in polluting water. Factor 1(nutrient)is an important water environmental factor. It apparently showed water quality condition.
