摘　　要：目的　了解渗出性视网膜脱离时感光细胞变性死亡机制。方法　 8例脉络膜黑色素瘤继发渗出性视网膜脱离的眼球被选作病理组织学和TDTmediatedbiotin dUTPNickEndLabelling(TUNEL)技术研究。结果　其中 4眼 ,观察到有散在分布的感光细胞凋亡特征性变化—DNA的片断化 ,视网膜组织中缺乏炎症细胞反应。Objective To study the mechanism of photoreceptor cell death in exudative retinal detachment. Methods 8 human eyes with exudative retinal detachment secondary to malignant melanoma of choroid were studied by histopathology and TUNEL technique. Results The characteristic DNA fragmentation of apoptosis was observed in scattered photoreceptor cell. in 4 of 8 eyes. Conclusion The result suggests that apoptosis is one of the pathways of photoreceptor cell death in exudative retinal detachment.
