摘  要:目的 观察不同浓度的腺苷对幼猪急速升高的肺动脉压力和肺血管阻力的影响。方法 选用上海种白猪 10头 ,3~ 4周龄 ,利用低氧 (FiO2 12 % )建立幼猪缺氧性肺动脉高压模型 ,于肺动脉心内测压管内持续滴注不同浓度的腺苷 [(0、10、2 5、5 0、75、10 0 ) μg .kg-1·min-1],在各时相进行各项指标测定。结果 持续滴注腺苷 5 0~ 10 0 μg·kg-1·min-1可明显降低mPAP、PVRI、TPG、Pp/Ps、Rp/Rs(P <0 .0 1) ,5 0~ 75 μg·kg-1·min-1可明显增加CI、SI(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 静脉持续滴注腺苷可降低急性缺氧性肺动脉高压幼猪的肺动脉压力和肺血管阻力 。Objective To determine whether infusing different concentrations of adenosine could selectively reduce pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance in the acute hypoxia induced pulmonary hypertension piglets. Methods The effects of constant intravenous infusion of adenosine were studied in 10 mechanically ventilated piglets with pulmonary hypertension induced by acute hypoxia (FiO 2 12%). Hemodynamic data were obtained during the use of each of the following concentrations [(0, 10, 25, 50,75, 100 )μg·kg -1 ·min -1 ]. Results Constant intravenous infusion of adenosine 50~100 μg·kg -1 ·min -1 . significantly decrease MPAP, PVRI, TPG, Pp/Ps, Rp/Rs ( P <0.01) these piglets. Constant intravenous infusion of adenosine 50~75 μg·kg -1 ·min -1 . significantly increased CI and SI( P <0.05) in these piglets. Conclusion Constant intravenous infusion of adenosine can decrease MPAP and PVRI, increase CI in acute hypoxia induced pulmonary hypertension piglets.
