伽玛刀治疗颅脑疾病253例报告

摘　　要：目的　探讨OUR XGD旋转式伽玛刀对颅脑疾病的治疗效果。方法　回顾性分析了从1 999年 6月至 2 0 0 0年 7月应用OUR XGD旋转式伽玛刀治疗颅脑疾病 2 5 3例的临床疗效。结果　临床随访 1 6 7例 ,影像学随访 1 0 5例 ,随访时间为 1～ 1 2个月。治疗有效率在 1 5 5例颅内占位性疾病为 93 % ,1 2例功能性疾病达 83 3 %。结论　旋转式伽玛刀是治疗颅内疾病的有效方法。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of gamma knife which has been utilized to treat intracranial diseases. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 253 cases of intracranial diseases which were treated with OUR-XGD rotating gamma knife between Jun,1999 and Jul,2000.Results One hundred and sixty-seven cases received clinical follow-up and one hundred and five cases received image follow-up,which lasted 1 to 12 months.The effective rate of treatment was 93% in non-functional disorders and 83.3% in 12 functional disorders.Conclusion OUR-XGD rotating gamma knife is safe and effective in the treatment of intracaninal diseases.
