介入栓塞治疗脊柱肿瘤5例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :研究经血管栓塞治疗脊柱肿瘤的临床价植。方法 :5例脊柱肿瘤患者 ,采用Seldinger法经股动脉穿刺插管 ,将导管超选插入肿瘤靶血管 ,并用真丝线段及明胶海绵碎粒栓塞。结果 :栓塞治疗后 ,3例疼痛减轻 ,4例栓塞后 2～ 5d顺利进行了肿瘤摘除术 ,出血量分别为 6 0 0ml、12 0 0ml、12 0 0ml和 16 0 0ml,平均 115 0ml。结论 :经血管栓塞是治疗脊柱肿瘤的有效方法之一。Objective: To evaluate the value of intravascular emobilization in the spinal tumor treament.Methods: Intravascular embolization was performed in 5 patients with spinal tumors, using the Seldingers method. The catheter was inserted into the target artery. Silk thread and granules of gelfoam were used as the embolic material. Tumors included metastatic tumor (n=2), malignant neurofibroma (n=1), notochordoma (n=1) and cavernous angioma (n=1).Results: The local pain of 3 patients was alleviated. With preoperative intravascular embolization 2～5 days before the tumor extirpation, the average intraoperative blood loss of 4 patients was 1 150 ml,ranging from 600 to 1 600 ml.Conclusion: Intravascular embolization is an effective procedure in treating spinal tumors.
