摘　　要：目的　观察诺维苯和顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效。方法　用诺维苯和顺铂治疗32例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者 ,观察其近期疗效。结果　本组 32例中完全缓解 (CR) 1例 ,部分缓解(PR) 1 4例 ,有效率为 46 .9% (1 5 / 32 ) ;主要副作用为骨髓抑制。结论　诺维苯与顺铂联合化疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效 ,其副作用必须引起重视。Objective To evaluate the combined chemotherapy effeicacy of NVN and DDP on advanced non small cell lung canaer(NSCLC).Methods All of the 32 patients with advancde NSCLC were treated with NVB and DDP.We observed therapeutic results of them.Results Complete response was I case,Partial response 14 cases,the overall response rate was 46.9%(15/32).The mainly side effect was my elosuppression.Conclusion The NVB and DDP regimen is a better chemotherapy regimen for advanced NSCLC.We must care for their side effect.
