中西医结合治疗老年急性坏死性胰腺炎

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗老年急性坏死性胰腺炎的效果。方法对从 １９９１年 １月至２０００年 ７月间采用复方丹参、川芎、甲氰咪呱、５－ ＦＵ注射液联合治疗 ２８例老年急性坏死性胰腺炎作回顾性分析。结果 ２８例中，非手术组 ２４例，死亡 ３例，手术组 ４例，死亡 ２例。结论中西医结合治疗老年急性坏死性胰腺炎可降低病死率，获得满意效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating with combination of traditional chinese and western medicine in elderly patient of acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP). Methods From January 1991 to July 2000, 28 elderly patients of ANP treated with compound injection of Danshen, Chuanxiong injection, cimetidine and 5 - FU injection in our hospital were analysed retrospectively. Results 24 cases were nonopcrated, in which 3 cases died. 4 cases were operated, and 2 cases died. Conclusions The treatments of integrating traditional chinese and western medicine can reduce The mortality and achieve good result.
