摘  要:目的 :通过研究诊断级超声诱导早孕绒毛细胞凋亡的可能性来评价孕期超声诊断的安全性。方法 :采用电镜技术、流式细胞分析技术研究超声对绒毛细胞的凋亡诱导。结果 :1流式细胞仪分析可见实验组有较高的凋亡峰 (M1 峰 ) ,凋亡率随辐照时间增加而显著上升 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;2电镜观察绒毛细胞有凋亡的特征 :染色质浓缩、边聚、核裂解 ,内质网扩张、空泡化。结论Objective:To study the induction of apoptosis of villous cells by diagnostic ultrasound.Methods:We adopted flow cytometry(FCM)and technique of electron microscope(TEM)to study the induction of apoptosis of villous cells.Results:(1)Observed by TEM:The control cells showing spheroid nucleus with unstained and dispersed chromatin and abundant cytoplasm.Nuclear changes after exposure to ultrasound:The patches of condensed chromatin lied against the nuclear membrane and became pyknosis.As the time passed by the nuclear membrane of condensed nucleus becomes stuck into the nucleus,which makes the nucleus clump like.(2)Analyzed by FCM:The exposure group had high M 1 and the apoptosis ratio was significantly higher contrasted with the control group.Conclusions:Diagnositic ultrasound can lead villus cells to apoptosis.
