摘　　要：当前全世界对“世界伦理与宗教对话”问题的深切关注与广泛讨论正方兴未艾。作者针对论者对于全球(世界)伦理“理论不足”与“实际无用”两方面的质疑，作出再反思与回应；并指出未来道德重建的方向，以面对新世纪的挑战。At the present time,the whole world has paid more attention to the topic “The dialdgue between global ethic & religions” and this topic has been widely discussed. The author,Focusing on 2 queries of “Less theory basis” and “Practiceless” raised by some readers-debaters,The author has done his re-counter thinking and has his response through this paper.Meanwhile,For facing the challenges of the new century,The author has pointed out the direction of the future re construction of morality.
