摘  要:目的 对小鼠进行高氟慢性染毒实验,研究高氟对小鼠SCE的影响。方法 实验组小鼠饮用不同浓度的高氟水,对照组小鼠饮用低氟水和正常自来水,比较2组小鼠的SCE频率,用t检验方法作著性检验。结果 实验组饮用高氟水小鼠的SCE频率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05。结论 高氟可增高小鼠骨髓细胞的SCE频率,说明高氟对小鼠的遗传物质有损伤作用,高氟可能是致突变物。Objective A test of chionic fluorosis was done in mice to study the effects of high-fluorine on SCE in mice. Method The mice of test group drink waler with fluorine and the mice of control group drink running water. The significance test was conduced with the t-test . Result The results showed that the SCE frequency of the mice drinking high-fluorine water ware higher than those of control group and the difference was obvious(p <0.05) . Conclusion The SCE frequency of mice showed the obvious correlativity with the quantity of fluorine in the water. The high-fluorine may make the SCE ferquency of mice increased,it showed that the high-fluorine can damegethe inheritance substance. The high-fluorine may he the mutagenic material.
