摘　　要：根据当前国家发展节水农业和中国科学院知识创新的需求 ,建议在节水农业的主战场—华北 ,以中国科学院石家庄农业现代化研究所为基地 ,建立节水生物技术重点实验室。介绍了国内外作物抗旱节水生理遗传育种和基因工程方面的研究进展 ,提出了节水生物技术的研究攻关方向。According to the need for development of water saving agriculture in china and knowledge innovation in Chinese academy of science, we suggest that the key laboratory of water saving biotechnology should be set up in Shijiazhuang institute of agricultural modernization, the base of water saving agriculture research in Huabei, major battlefield of water saving agriculture in China. Advance of physiology, genetics and breeding and genetic engineering of crop drought resistance and water saving had been introduced in this paper, the study fields of water saving biotechnology in future were put forward in here.
