摘　　要：针对当前的网络环境，分析了高校图书馆信息服务的特点，论述了发展高校图书馆信息服务的若干对策，提出了新的历史时期信息服务对服务人员的新要求。In view of the network circumstances, this paper gives an analysis of the fea-tures of the information service of the university library, deals with several measures of developing the information service of the university library and puts forth the new re-quirements on the information service clerk in the new historical period.
