摘　　要：讨论了有关试题库及试卷生成系统的价值 ,从技术方面介绍了系统的设计思想、技术特点及总体结构。This paper discusses about the value of the test questions library of circuit theory and system for forming examination paper. Then, recommends the thinking of design, merits of technique and structure of system. At last, the effects of triable asing this system and the worthy spread are also given.
