摘　　要：从社会发展进程的角度看,解放思想的程度,决定解放和发展生产力的力度,而解放和发展生产力的力度,又决定社会发展的进度。解放思想可看作是人类社会持续发展的“助推器”,我国改革开放的进程,也就是解放思想持续进行的过程。解放思想的形式及其途径是多种多样的,主要通过参加社会实践活动,参与社会交往活动,在思想与现实之间以及思想观念之间的冲突中,寻求解放思想的有利契机,其核心是变革僵化的思维定势。Emancipating the mind is the motive force to advance the reforming and opening in China.there are many ways and forms in emancipating the mind.It's necessary to take part in social practice and contacts actively to explore favourable conditions of emancipating the mind in the conflicts between realities and ideas. Changing the rigid thinking tendency is the core of emancipating the mind.
