摘　　要：《周易》是最早论述道德修养的著作。从顽强进取、自强不息,谦虚谨慎、勤俭节约,关心民众、以民为本,任人为贤、识贤用贤几方面进行论述。Zhou Yi is the first book which expounds the moral cultivation .This paper discusses its ideological content as the following:to put forward morality ,to be indomitable and eager to make progress ,to make unremitting efforts to improve oneself ,to be modest and prudent ,to be industrious and thrifty ,to care about the common people ,to consider the people the basis ,to appoint people on their merits ,to know the wise and appint the wise .
