摘　　要：新形势下我国葡萄酒企业经营中面临着许多风险，主要有原料供应风险、生产管理风险、新产品开发风险、价格风险、渠道风险和促销风险等。文章分析了每一种风险的特征，并提出了具体的防范措施。In new situations, the Chinese wine enterprises are facing many managerial risks on supply of grape, productive control, new products development, price, channel and promotion. The characteristc of each risk is analyzed, and the concrete preventive measures are proposed.
