摘 要:为了解白细胞介素 1β转化酶 (ICE)基因在脑缺血再灌注后的表达情况 ,利用沙土鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型研究ICEmRNA在缺血再灌注时的诱导情况和丹参作用前后ICE的蛋白表达情况。结果发现 ,脑缺血再灌注后 1~ 4天均有ICEmRNA表达 ;胶质细胞中ICE的表达在缺血再灌注后 1~ 4天逐渐增加 ;应用丹参预防性干预后ICE的表达明显受到抑制 (P <0 0 1)。mRNA and protein expression of interleukin 1β converting enzyme (ICE) were determined with RF PCR and immunohisto chemistry in brain tissue after complete ischemia followed by reperfusion of the forebrain of gerbil.The effect of radix salviae miltorrhizae was also studied. It was found that increased expression of ICEmRNA was induced during the 4 days after ischemia and reperfusion. Meanwhile, the increases in ICE positive reactivity were observed in glial cells in the regions of CA1 and cortex 1~4 days after ischemia and reperfusion, but the ICE positive reaction was inhibited under the effect of radix salviae miltiorrhizae(P<0 01). It indicates that the apoptosis related gene, ICE, may be involved indirectly in the apoptosis process induced by cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.
