外科临床预防性应用抗生素的探讨

摘　　要：对外科预防性应用抗生素的问题进行观察。将60例矫形外科择期手术病人分为2组,每组30例,第1组术前应用抗生素,第2组术前未用抗生素。以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠肝菌、绿脓肝菌3株标准菌株作为试验菌株,分别对2组病人术中切口渗血作杀菌水平测定,发现2组杀菌活力无显著差异(P>0.05).对于在外科是否有必要预防性应用抗生素的问题进行了讨论。The effectiveness of prophylactic use of antibiotics in orthopedic surgery was studied.Sixty cases of elective orthopedic operation were (?)lvided in to 2 groups of 30 cases each.The first group used prophylactic gentamycin and lincomycin for 3 days before operationand the second group did not.Standard strains of staphylococcus,E.coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were used to test bacteriocidal effect of oozed blood serum.It was found thatthere was no significant difference between the bacteriocidal activities of these two groups.The problem of prophylactic use of antibiotics in surgical practice is discussed.
