摘 要:运用hull槽试验、小槽电镀试验和电化学循环伏安等技术 ,研究了镀液组成、添加剂和工艺条件等对镀层质量及其耐蚀性的影响 ,开发了一种在弱酸性硫酸盐体系中获得含铁量约为 0 .5 %的光亮Zn Fe合金的电镀技术 ,讨论了添加剂中各组成的作用。结果表明 ,该添加剂具有高光亮度、高耐盐性和高浊点等 3大优点 ,可使锌铁合金镀层结晶细致 ,耐蚀性增强。The effect of combination additives, technological conditions and bath compositions on the properties and corrosion resistance of Zn\|Fe alloy plating was investigated by using Hull cell and cyclic voltammetry methods. Optimum conditions for brighten Zn\|Fe alloy coating with about 0.5% Fe were obtained in subacid sulfate solution and the effect of additives were studied. Results showed that the corrosion\|resistance and brightness of Zn\|Fe alloy plating were much better than those of Zn plating, and the crystal of alloy plating with additives was more fine and anticorrosion.
