摘　　要：目的 :探讨CT在诊断腮腺恶性肿瘤中的作用。方法 :回顾性地分析 31例经手术病理证实腮腺恶性肿瘤的临床资料和CT表现。结果 :本组 31例腮腺恶性肿瘤中有粘液表皮样癌 13例 ,腺样囊性癌 7例 ,恶性混合瘤 5例 ,腺泡细胞癌 4例和鳞状细胞癌 2例。大多数恶性肿瘤CT表现为边缘模糊、密度不均、形态不规则或呈分叶状的肿块 ;主要临床表现为疼痛明显且生长迅速的腮腺肿块。结论 :结合临床资料分析CT表现 。Abstract: To evaluate CT in diagnosis of the malignancy of parotid gland. Methods: The clinic data and CT images of 31 cases with parotid gland malignancy confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among 31 patients, there were 13 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma,7 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma,5 cases of malignant pleomorphic adenoma,4 case of acinic cell carcinoma and 2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma. The masses were heterogeneous and ill defined, and the shapes of them were irregular or lobulated. Conclusion: Adding up to clinic data, CT scanning can diagnose most of malignant parotid gland tumors.
