阻生智齿拔除过程中牙根误入翼颌间隙的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨阻生智齿拔除过程中牙根误入翼颌间隙的原因及预防和处理的方法。方法 :对 1996年 7月～ 2 0 0 1年 7月共 16 43例病人 2 6 71个下颌阻生牙拔除术中的 7例并发牙根误入翼颌间隙的情况进行回顾性分析。结果 :7例牙根误入翼颌间隙病例中 ,6例即刻取出牙根 ,1例小牙根未取出。 7例术后伤口均一期愈合。结论 :完善的术前检查、正确的阻力分析和熟练手术操作是预防该并发症的关键。Objective: To analyze causes of displacement of the impacted mandibular third molar into the pterygomandibular space and to find out measures for preventions. Methods: From July 1996 to July 2001,1643 patients with 2671 impacted mandibular third molars were extracted. The related complications which impacted third molars dislodged into the pterygomandibular space were reviewed. Results: Total 7 impacted tooth were dislodged into the pterygomandibular space, of which 6 were retrieved immediately, and 1 root apex was not removed. All 7 operation sites healed uneventfully postoperative. Conclusion: Effective examination, correct resistance analyze before extractions and skilled manipulation are essential to prevention of this complication. Correct judgment and retrieve immediately during operation are the key to wound healing.
