羟基磷灰石半球植入矫正复发性眼窝凹陷

摘　　要：目的 :眼窝内羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后 ,少部分患者再度出现较明显的眼窝凹陷。我们设计羟基磷灰石半球填充术为患者进一步改善外观。方法 :自球结膜中央水平切开结膜、结膜下组织 (包括原来的巩膜 ) ,沿义眼台表面向上下分离至赤道部 ,将帽状羟基磷灰石半球植于原义眼台前面。分层缝合结膜下组织及结膜。结果 :2 3例患者术后外观满意 ,观察 6～ 18个月疗效稳定 ,无义眼台移位、上睑下垂等并发症。结论Objective:After the placement of intraorbital implant (artificial globe,made of hydroxyapatite) ,some patients may have a recurrent sunken eye.We designed a technique of implantation of a hemisphere of hydroxyapatite to make better cosmetic result. Methods:Making an incision in the middle of conjunctive of the globe.Dissecting along the surface of the implant of the artificial globe,then place a hemisphere- shaped implant,which was made of hydroxyapatite in frontof the artificial globe. Results:2 3patients with recurrent sunken eye had gotten good cosmetic results,withoutcomplications as ptosis,displacement of the intraorbital implant,rejection of the implant,and infection. Conclusions:Implantation of a hemisphere of hydroxyapatite is a good method to reconstructing the recurrent sunken eye after orbital implantplacement.
