摘  要:应用 SABC免疫组织化学方法研究 6 9例大肠癌中 p5 3、 nm2 3- H 1的表达与其生物学行为的关系。结果发现大肠癌中 p5 3、 nm 2 3- H 1的阳性率分别为 5 2 .2 %及 6 8.1% ,大肠癌中 p5 3过表达与淋巴结转移有关 (P<0 .0 1) ,nm2 3-H 1低表达与肿瘤浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关 (P<0 .0 1) ,p5 3过表达与 nm 2 3- H1低表达在大肠癌淋巴结转移中可能起协同作用。结果提示 :同时检测 p5 3、 nm 2 3- H1基因产物的表达状况可作为预测大肠癌淋巴结转移及预后的指标。Using immunohistochemistry SABC method the expression of p53 and nm23 H1 genes in 69 cases of colorectal cancer and its correlation with lymph node metastasis and invasion were studied. The results showed that the positive rate of p53 and nm23 H1 protein in colorectal cancer was 52 2 % and 68 1 % respectively. Overexpression of p53 protein was positively related to lymph node metastasis ( P <0 01). Expression of nm23 H1 protein was negatively related to the invasive depth and lymph node metastasis ( P <0 01). Overexpression of p53 protein and low expression of nm23 H1 protein might have a synergic effect in lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer. The results suggest that the sumultaneous delection of the expression of both p53 and nm23 H1 genes may serve as a marker of lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer and evaluate the prognosis of the patients with colorectal cancer.
