香菇多糖对卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎预防作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　寻找一种可用于卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎预防的新的和较理想的药物。方法　用香菇多糖预防作为动物模型的大鼠产生卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎 ,并用SMZco作为预防对照。结果　 (1)香菇多糖对实验大鼠的卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎有一定的预防和保护作用 ;(2 )香菇多糖可能引起卡氏肺孢子虫包囊形态的变化。结论　香菇多糖对卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的预防作用及其对虫体形态的影响值得进一步研究。Objective To find out a better drug for prevention of the PCP of patients with AIDS.Methods Adminstering Lentinen to the rats as animal model to prevent occurrence of PCP, with SMZco as a preventive contrast.Results Lentinen can greatly reduce the morbidity of the experimental rats' PCP and its morality.Lentinen may result in the morphologic changes of pneumocystis carinii's (PC) cyst. Conclusion It is valuable to research further the Lentinen's preventive effect on PCP and its influences on PC in morphology.
