摘　　要：目的 :研究 β-环糊精包合和胃胶囊中挥发油的制备工艺。方法 :包合采用饱和溶液法 ,用正交设计试验优选最佳工艺条件。结果 :最佳工艺为挥发油与β-环糊精比例为 1∶ 10 ( ml∶ g) ,包合温度 5 0℃ ,搅拌时间 2 .5 h。结论 :优选工艺经重复试验结果满意。Objective: To study the preparation technology of β cyclodextrin inclusion compound for volatile oil of Hewei Capsule. Methods: The study was carried out with saturated solution method. The optimum preparing conditions were investigated by orthogonal test method. Results: The proportion of volatile oil and β cyclodextrin was 1∶10, the inclusion temperature was 50℃ and the inclusion time was 2.5 h. Conclusion: This preparation technology received satisfactory results in repeated test.
