彩色多普勒能量图在涎腺肿瘤诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨彩色多普勒能量图在涎腺肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法 :应用彩色多普勒能量图 ( CDE)及彩色多普勒血流图 ( CDFI)对 5 0例涎腺肿瘤病人进行检测。结果 :涎腺恶性肿瘤周边及内部均伴有高流速的动脉血流 ,其收缩期峰值流速 ( PS)多大于 30 cm/s,与良性肿瘤相比差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,且多为 2～3级 ,呈树枝状或环绕状。结论 :CDE对涎腺恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断较 CDFI更为有效 。Objective:To evaluate application of color Doppler energy imaging to diagnosis of the tumor of salivary gland.Methods:Fifty patients with salivary gland tumors were examined by color Doppler energy imaging(CDE) and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Results:Flow signals with peak systolic velocity (PS) in and around malignant tumors were higher (PS>30 cm/s) than those in benign tumors ,with difference being significant between them ( P <0 05),and most of the flow signals were Ⅱ Ⅲ level,and showed off dendritic or circle.Conclusion:The CDE was more sensitive in distinguishing malignancy from benign tumor than CDFI,and so it could be selected to distinguish maglinant tumors from benign ones.
