利钾尿肽与心钠素摩尔比值在高血压性脑血管病的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨利钾尿肽 ( KP)与心钠素 ( ANP)摩尔比值在高血压性脑血管疾病中的意义。方法 :用放射免疫分析方法测定 4 0例脑血管疾病 ( CVD)患者血浆 KP和 ANP含量。结果 :高血压性 CVD患者血浆 KP水平 ( 3 .72± 0 .80 )μg/ L与单纯 CVD患者比较显著降低 ( P<0 .0 1) ,血浆 ANP含量 ( 0 .3 2± 0 .10 )μg/ L明显高于单纯 CVD组 ( P <0 .0 1) ,高血压 CVD患者 ,病程中 KP与 ANP摩尔比值 ( 4 .3 0± 1.13 )显著低于对照组( 5 .3 2± 1.10 )及单纯 CVD组 ( 5 .19± 2 .3 0 ) ,P均 <0 .0 1。结论 :KP、ANP含量及 KP与 ANP比值关系的改变在 CVD及高血压性 CVD病理生理中起着一定的作用。Objective:To investigate the molar ratio of kaliuretic peptide (KP) to atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) in essential hypertension with cerebral vascular diseases (EHCVD).Methods:The levels of plasma KP and ANP in 40 patients with cerebral vascular diseases (CVD) were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results:Compared with simple CVD and control groups,plasma KP levels in patients with EHCVD were significantly decreased,while plasma ANP levels were significantly increased.The KP to ANP molar ratio in patients with EHCVD were significantly decreased compared with both control group and simple CVD group.Conclusions:KP,ANP and the changes in their molar ratio might play an important role in pathogenesis of CVD and essential hypertension.
