摘　　要：简述了小波发展的基本过程和小波分析理论的基本内容 .介绍了小波分析应用现状并概述了它在工程中比较成功的应用 ,讨论了小波研究的发展趋势 .最后介绍了近几年来笔者在小波分析应用中所做的工作 .In the first place ,the paper analyzes the basic development processes of wavelet and describes the basic contents of the theories concerning wavelet analysis.Secondly,the current application situation of wavelet analysis is introduced and the relative sucessful applications in engineering are outlined.Last,the development trend for wavelet research is discussed and the work done about the application of wavelet in the past several years is listed.
