摘　　要：目的　探讨经腹部及骶尾部联合切除的小儿Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型骶尾部畸胎瘤的外科治疗要点 ,以减少并发症和复发率。　方法　回顾性总结我院经腹部及骶尾部联合切除的小儿骶尾部畸胎瘤 12例。　结果　本组中 3例恶性者术后复发 ,余 9例无并发症。　结论　术中减少出血 ,保护输尿管和直肠 ,避免骶丛神经损伤 ,完整切除肿瘤和尾骨 ,并尽量切除“卫星病灶” ,是减少并发症和复发率的必要措施。Objective To investigate the operation points of concerted resection of type Ⅲ and type Ⅳsacrococcygeal teratoma of children via abdomen and sacrococcygx so as to reduce the complications and relapses. Methods Twelve cases underwent the operation in author's hospital were reviewed retrospectively. Results Of the twelve cases,three malignant tumor recurred after the operation,the other nine recovered without any complications. Conclusions Reduction of blood loss during the operation,protection of the ureters and the rectum,avoidance of injury of the plexus sacralis nervosus,removal of the entire tumor and the coccyx,and removal of 'the satellite focus'as much as possible are the effective ways to reduce the complications and relapses.
