摘　　要：目的　探讨乳腺癌癌旁病变与乳腺癌的关系。方法　观察乳腺癌癌旁病变的病理组织学形态表现。结果　乳腺增生症中不典型增生与乳腺癌关系密切 ,且随异型程度增加 ,癌变危险性随之增高。结论　乳腺增生症中不典型增生为重要癌旁病变 。Objective To study the relationship between pathologic change near breast cancer and breast cancer. Methods To observe the morphological manifestation of histopathology concerning pathologic change of adjacent tissue of breast cancer.Results A typical hyperplasia and breast cancer are closely related in cyclomastopathy, and with the increase of heterotype in its degrees the risk factor of pathologic change near breast cancer will accordingly increase.Conclusion Cyctomastopathy atypical hyperplasia was regarded as an important pathologic change was breast cancer, and it can develop carcinoma in situ under given conditions.
