高位胸腔冲洗治疗胸部肿瘤术后脓胸

摘　　要：目的　探讨高位胸腔冲洗在治疗胸部肿瘤术后脓胸中的临床应用价值。方法　对 16例食管癌切除术后胸内吻合口瘘和 3例肺部肿瘤行肺叶切除术后支气管胸膜瘘所导致的脓胸患者行高位胸腔冲洗治疗。结果　 3例支气管胸膜瘘患者全部治愈 ,16例胸内吻合口瘘患者治愈 13例 ,治愈率为81 2 5 % ,平均住院日为 46天 ,1例治疗中死于大呕血 ,1例死于肺部感染、呼吸循环衰竭 ,另 1例放弃治疗出院。结论　高位冲洗疗效可靠、操作简单、创伤小 。Objective To evaluate clinical value of application of high thoracic washing in treating thoracentesis.Methods 19 thoracensis patients were treated with high thoracic washing, 16 patients were anastomses leakage after esophageaoctomy and 3 patients were bronchopleural fistula after lobeoctomy.Results 3 patients suffering bronchopleural fistula were all cured and 13 of 16 patients of anastomses leakage were cured, with a rate of 81.25%, the average hospital time was 46 days, one patient died of bleeding and one died of lung infection, the other gave up therapy and discharged selfly.Conclusion Application of high thoracic washing in treating thoracentesis is a way with effect, simple procedue and less complication.
