惠若舒防治恶性肿瘤化疗所致骨髓抑制的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的　研究惠若舒防治恶性肿瘤化疗所致骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法　观察病例 5 4例 ,其中预防组 2 6例 ,治疗组 2 8例 ,预防组于化疗前 1日开始肌注惠若舒 5 0 μg ,每日 1次 ,连用 5日 ;治疗组于治疗后第 7日开始 ,剂量与用法均与预防组相同 ;两组分别于化疗前 3日、化疗后第 7日、12日检查外周血象。结果　惠若舒可预防化疗所致的白细胞、血小板下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,同时亦可使下降的白细胞、血小板在 5日内恢复到正常水平 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　惠若舒对化疗所致的白细胞、血小板下降具有显著的预防与治疗作用 ,且不良反应少。Objective To observe efficiency that hemarisin prevent and cure inhibition of marrow function induced by chemotherapy.Methods 54 cases were observed, preventive group is 26 cases, curing group is 28 cases. Preventive group use hemarisin 50ug by intramuscular injection one day before chemotherapy, once a day, continue to the fifth day; curing group begin to inject hemarisin the seventh day after chemotherapy, hemarisin's dose and usage is the same as preventive group. All cases were examined peripheral hemogram in third day before chemotherapy.Results Hemarisin can prevent WBC and PLT from decreasing as to chemotherapy(P<0.01), and can resume droping WBC and PLT to the normal level (P<0.01).Conclusion Hemarisin may cure and prevent obviously WBC and PLT from decreasing as to chemotherapy, and it has few side reaction.
