摘　　要：目的 :观察Nd :YAG泪道激光治疗仪治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的疗效。方法 :在泪道探针引导下 ,通过光导纤维输送激光 ,对 2 47眼泪道阻塞性疾病包括 80眼慢性泪囊炎和 16 7眼单纯性泪道阻塞者的阻塞部位进行直接的光凝。结果 :2 47眼患者随访 1～ 2 8个月 ,治疗成功 2 36眼 (95 .5 % ) ,11眼无效。结论 :Nd :YAG激光治疗泪道阻塞性疾病简便、安全、有效 ,对不同阻塞部位的泪道阻塞性疾病 ,激光治疗前后进行不同处理 。Objective: To evaluate the effect and safety of Nd:YAG laser in treatment of obstructive lacrimal passage.Methods: 247 eyes including 80 of chronic dacryocystitis and 167 of simple obstruction of lacrimal passage were shot with laser. Results: Followed up for 1～28 months, 236 of 247 eyes were cured. Conclusion: The obstructive lacrimal passage is effectively and safely treated by Nd:YAG laser. A variety of treatments should also be employed depending on obstructive location.
