子宫内膜癌中MTS1/p16基因的表达及临床意义初探

摘　　要：目的　探讨MTS1/ p16基因产物在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义。 方法　采用免疫组化方法(SP法 )检测p16蛋白在 5 2例子宫内膜癌和 2 6例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果　p16蛋白阳性表达多位于胞浆内 ,亦可见于胞核内。p16蛋白在正常子宫内膜组阳性表达率为 88 5 % (2 3/ 2 6 ) ,而子宫内膜癌组织阳性表达率为 5 7 7% (30 / 5 2 )。其表达在子宫内膜癌不同组织分化、临床分期及有无淋巴转移组间阳性率有显著差异(P <0 0 5 )。子宫内膜癌 p16蛋白阴性者组织分化程度低、临床分期晚且多有淋巴结转移。 结论　对子宫内膜癌 p16蛋白表达的检测有助于分析其细胞分化程度。Objective To discuss the expression state of MTS1/p16 in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The expressions of the p16 protein in 52 cases of endometrial carcinomas and 26 normal controls were detected with the immunohistochemical method(SP method).Results The expression of p16 protein mainly existed in cytoplasm and some in the nucleus. The positive expression rate of p16 protein in normal endometrium was 88\^5%\{(23/26)\},while in endomerial carcinoma group,57 7% (30/52).The expression of p16 protein was markedly different in the groups of different histological differentiation, of different clinical stages, of no lymphoid metastasis and of lymphoid metastasis(P<0\^05).No expression of p16 often indicated lower histological differentiation,late stage and lymphoid metastasis.Conclusion To detect the expression of p16 protein in endometrial carcinoma will help to determine the differentiation of the tumor cells and to judge its lymphoid metastasis.
