牙周膜注射强的松龙预防根管治疗术后疼痛(附50例观察报告)

摘　　要：目的:对牙周膜内注射醋酸强的松龙能否有效预防根管治疗术后疼痛进行评价。方法:50例病人一次根管治疗后,随机分为三组,分别是注射醋酸强的松龙组、安慰剂组及不注射药物组,24h后观察根尖区疼痛情况并用统计学方法分析。结果:牙周膜内注射醋酸强的松龙组根管治疗术后疼痛发生率较其它二组显著降低。(p<0.005)。结论:牙周膜内注射醋酸强的松龙可以有效预防根管治疗术后疼痛。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of intraligamentary injection of methylprednisolone to prevent postoperative pain.Methods:Fifty patients were randomly assigned to three groups.Each group was received methylprednisolone,placebo and no drug respectively.After 24 hours,the patients were interviewed for evaluation of postoperative pain and analysis with statistics.Results:A significant decrease was noted in patients treated with methylprednisolone compared with patients in the other two groups.Conclusion:Intraligamentary injection of methylprednisolone can significantly prevent pain after root canal treatment.
