摘　　要：本文提出了用超临界 CO_2萃取黑加仑油的方法,考察了压力、温度对黑加仑油在 CO_2中溶解度的影响,分析了萃取条件与油品质量的关系,并综合得出了超临界 CO_2萃取黑加仑油的最佳条件.This paper presented a method of supercritical CO_2-extraction of blackcurrant seed oil.The effects of pressure and temperature on the solubility of the oil in carbon dioxide were investigated.The relation between extraction conditions and the oil quality was stud- ied,and optimum extraction conditions for blackcurrant oil were found out.
