摘　　要：本试验测定了双×沙、杜×沙、长×沙三个杂交组合的肥育性能与胴体品质。结果表明 :双×沙组合日增重快 ( 5 63.5 8kg)、料肉比低 ( 3.67∶ 1 )、瘦肉率中等 ( 5 4 .5 4 % ) ,肉质优良。但经方差分析 ,肥育和胴体品质性状三个组合之间差异不显著 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结合双×沙组合在繁殖性能方面的突出表现 。This experiment examined fattening performance and carcass quatity of the three crossbreeding combinations which were Yorkshire()×Shazilin(♀), Duroc()×Shazilin(♀) and Landrace()×Shazilin(♀). The results indicated that the Y×S had the biggest daily gain (563.58 g), the highest feed conversion efficiency (3.67∶1), moderate lean meat percentage (54.54%), good meat quality in all of the combinations. There were no differences among three combinations in the traits of finishing and carcass quality by means of the analysis of variance (P>0.05). combining the good reproductive performance of the Y×S combination, the Canadian Yorkshire was considered as the best paternal breed in two way crossbreeding production of the Shazilin pig. \;
