摘　　要：本文简要分析了目前企业过程建模方面存在的问题 ,提出了基于面向对象的过程网概念和模型结构 ,采用形式化的语言进行了过程的表述 .在此基础上采用组件技术建立起面向过程的信息系统的实现方法和机制 .在建模方法中 ,引入 T、Q、C等性能指标 ,使过程建模与过程控制有效地结合 。This paper analyzes the potential pitfalls for enterprise process modeling in detail. A new concept of object oriented process net and the structured process model including organization, resource, information, function, coordination and performance is described. For each basic activity, its performance including time, cost and quality is introduced. The integrative approach to basic activities and control strategies is provided. The formal definitions and expressions of activities that will be used for developing computational language are discussed. After that, the process oriented agile information system using component techno logy and its mechanism is established.
