摘　　要：研究肝癌细胞膜新分子ＨＡｂ１８Ｇ与ＭＭＰ－２在肝癌组织中的表达以及二者与肝癌组织分化的相关性。对３５例肝细胞肝癌（ＨＣＣ）组织进行了ＨＡｂ１８Ｇ及ＭＭＰ—２免疫组织化学检测，并用常规组织学ＨＥ染色确定肝癌的病理分级。ＨＡｂ１８Ｇ定位于肝癌细胞膜和胞浆．ＭＭＰ－２定位于肝癌细胞胞浆内，二者的表达与肝癌分级呈正相关。ＨＡｂ１８Ｇ作为一种细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子，同ＭＭＰ－２在肝癌组织的表达与肝癌细胞分化程度密切相关．To investigate the relationship between HAbl8G and MMP -2 expression with hepatocarcinoma cell differentiation. The expression of HAb18G and MMP 2 in hepatocarcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemical methods in 35 cases human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The pathological degree of HCC was demostrated by hematoxilin and eosin (HE) staining. The positive signal of HAb18G was found on the surface and in the cytoplasm of hepatoma cell, mainly on the surface while MMP -2 is expressed in the cytoplasm. Both of them were positive correlated with the degree of HCC. HAb18G that is Extracellular Matrix Metalloproteinase Inducer and MMP- 2 might be involved in the regulation of human hepatocarcinoma cell differentiation.
