摘 要:目的 探讨图形视诱发电位(PVEP),图形视网膜电图(PERG)在不同时间频率对原发性开角型青光眼诊断的敏感性。方法 将原发性开角型青光眼分为3组,记录不同时间频率PERG、PVEP的变化,并与正常组进行比较。结果 当时间频率在6H_z以上时,可疑青光眼PERGb波振幅明显下降,而PVEP的P100振幅变异性大,下降不明显。结论 当时间频率高时,用PERG更易检测出早期原发性开角型青光眼。Objective To investigate the sensitivity of pattern visual evoked potential (PVEP) and pattern electroretinagram (PERG) in diagnosing primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) in different temporal frequencies. Methods The POAG patients were divided into 3 groups according to their clinical features. Their PERG and PVAG in different temporal frequencies were recorded and compared to those of the normal control. Results When the temporal frequencies were higher (> 6Hz), the b-wave amplitude of PERG declined obviously in glaucoma suspects, while no distinct change appeared in AP 100 of PVER. Conclusion When the temporal frequency is higher, POAG is more easily detected by PERG.
