异体组织埋藏法治疗视网膜色素变性疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察异体组织埋藏法治疗视网膜色素变性的近期及中远期疗效。方法 随访26例(52眼)接受异体组织埋藏法治疗视网膜色素变性患者;术前、术後12周、术後6月和术後1年分别检查视力、视野。结果 术後近期(12周)患者视力显著提高(X^2=11.02,P<0.05),术後6月患者视力无继续提高(X^2=0.31,P>0.05),术後一年患者视力亦无继续改善(X^2=0.83,P>0.05);术後近期(12周)视野较术前明显扩大(X^2=7.90,P<0.05),术後6月视野与术後12周视野相比无明显改善(X^2=1.14,P>0.05),术後一年视野和术後12周视野相比有进步,但无统计学意义(X^2=0.42,P>0.05)。结论 异体组织埋藏法治疗视网膜色素变性近期(12周)具有肯定疗效;中远期(6～12月)疗效稳定。Objective To observe the long-term effect of the operation of planting foreign tissue in the patients with retinitis pigmentosa (RP). Methods Examining the visual acuity and the visual field of the 26 patients (52 eyes) with RP treated by planting foreign tissue before and after the operation. Results For the patients with RP by planting foreign tissue: the visual acuity improved remarkable twelve weeks after the operation (X2=11 .02,P<0.05), but six months after the operation the visual acuity didn' t increase continually (X2=0.31 ,P>0.05), and one year later the visual acuity did not advance (X2=0.83 ,0.05); Twelve weeks after the operation the visual field enlarged notably (X2=7.90, P<0.05), but the visual field didn' t enlarge continuously six months after the operation (X2= 1.14, P>0.05), and the visual field of the patients was improved one year later but it hasn't any statistical significance ( X2=0.42,P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of the operation will be established in the near future; and the effect will be steadily existing in the long-term.
