恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子测定在肿瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)测定在肿瘤诊断及疗效观察中的应用价值。方法 :采用TS GF快速诊断试剂盒 ,对 14类 2 79例恶性肿瘤 ,2 4例良性肿瘤 ,31例感染性疾病患者和 30例正常人血清进行TSGF测定。结果 :恶性肿瘤组、良性肿瘤组、感染疾病组及正常人TSGF值分别为 71.0 0± 13.36 ,5 7.71±5 .82 ,6 4 .91± 11.30和 5 7.2 0± 5 .5 7u/ml,恶性肿瘤组明显高于其他三组 (P <0 .0 1)。在恶性肿瘤中 ,治疗好转组TSGF下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗后恶化组TSGF上升 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :TSGF测定对恶性肿瘤的诊断及疗效判断有良好的辅助价值。Objective:To prove the practical value of tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) determination in diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. Method:Adopting the fast diagnostic kit of TSGF,we measured serum levels of TSGF in 279 cases of malignant tumor (14 types),24 cases of benign tumor,31 cases of infected disease and 30 normal people. Results:The serum levels of TSGF in the malignant tumor group,the benign tumor group,the infected disease group and the normal people group were 71.00±13.36,57.71±5.82,64.97±11.30 and 57.20±5.57u/ml,respectively.The serum level of TSGF in malignant tumor was significantly higher than that in the rest three groups ( P <0.01).In the malignant tumor,it was decreased significantly ( P <0.01) in patients who had better therapeutic reaction and was increased ( P <0.05) in patients who had worse reaction. Conclusions:The determination of serum TSGF levels has distinctly auxiliary value in the diagnosis and in the supervision of curative effects of malignant tumor.
