慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型的复制

摘　　要：本实验采用两种方法复制慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型 :一是水杨酸钠小剂量 ,长时间灌胃加饥饱失常 ,劳倦伤脾法 ;二是注射佐剂抗原引起自身免疫法 .经病理检察 ,两种方法均复制出典型的慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型 .可见 ,动物模型的复制方法不是唯一的 。In this paper,animal model of the chronic atrophic gastritis is reproduced by two methods.One method is that every wistar rat's stomach is perfused with small does sodium salicylate for a long time,meantime added with overstrain and impairment of the spleen.The other is that Wistar rats are injected with adjuvant antigen to lead to auto-immune method.These methods all can duplicate the typical chronic atrophic gastritis.So we concluded that the different method could reproduce the same animal model.
