摘 要:目的 探讨血管生成与乳腺癌发展的关系 ,评估血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达及微血管密度 (MVD)与乳腺肿瘤预后相关性与意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白过氧化物酶 (SP)法对 10 9例人乳腺癌及相应癌旁组织中的VEGF基因表达和MVD进行检测。结果 乳腺癌组织中VEGF阳性率 (93 .5 7% )明显高于癌旁组织 (4 8.67% )的表达 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并与组织学类型相关。MVD与肿瘤大小、组织学分级密切相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 VEGF是肿瘤血管生成的重要因素 ,VEGF和MVD表达的增高与乳腺癌淋巴结转移。Objective To study the angiogenesis in breast carcinoma and its correlation to expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) and prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MVD in the cancerous and corresponding paracancerous tissues in 109 cases of breast carcinoma.Results The positive rate of VEGF expression in breast carcinoma tissue was 93.57%,higher than that of the neighboring noncancerous tissues (42.67%),P<0.05.In addition,MVD and VEGF had a closely positive correlation between tumor size and histological grade (P<0.01).Conclusion VEGF is an important angiogentic factor in the breast cancinoma.VEGF and MVD are closely correlated with lymph node metastasis or tumor recurrence.
