摘　　要：心理学发展的生长点在于应用 ,当今社会 ,心理学正以惊人的速度渗透到社会生活的各个方面 ,应用科学的发展应以技术水平为标志 ,我国心理学总体水平还较低 ,要适应现代社会对心理服务的需求 ,必须建立心理技术学 ,才能加速其科学发展 ,文章从技术学角度论述了中国心理技术学体系的特征和三大系统 ,即实验心理技术系统、心理测量技术系统。The essence of psychology development is for application.Nowdays psychology is permeting all aspects of social life with an amazing speed.Technical level should be viewed as the mark of the development of applied science.The general level of psychology in China is still low,so psychotechnology must be constructed in order to suit the moden social need for psychology service.That will accelerate the development of psychology.This paper has discussed the construction of China psychotechnology system from technology angle.The paper has also discussed the features of this system and three big systems.They are experimental psychotechnology system,psychological measure technology system and spychological guiding and training technology system.
