摘　　要：目的 :探讨氪黄激光光凝治疗黄斑全层裂孔的疗效。方法 :用氪黄激光光凝治疗黄斑全层裂孔 2 0例 2 1眼 ,治疗前做视力、眼底和眼底荧光血管造影检查。随访 11～ 14个月 (平均12个月 )。结果 :裂孔被封闭 ,4眼视力提高 ,15眼视力维持不变 ,2眼视力下降。结论Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of krypton yellow laser photocoagulation treatment on full macular hole Methods:Krypton yellow laser photocoagulation treatment was given to 20 cases (21eyes) of full macular hole.Before and after treatment,visual acuity and fundus were examined and fundus fluorescein angiography and retinal color photograph were taken.The follow up period was 11～14 months (with an average of 12 months). Results:All the holes were sealed.Visual acuity was improved in 4 eyes (about 19%),maintained in 15 eyes (about 71%) and were dropped in 2 eyes (about 10%). Conclusions:The effect of krypton yellow laser photocoagulation treatment on patients with full macular hole is relatively satisfactory.
