预防性应用无环鸟苷对潜伏感染单纯疱疹病毒活化的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的 :证实预防性应用无环鸟苷 ( ACV)能够抑制潜伏单纯疱疹病毒的激活。方法 :用Balb/c小鼠建立潜伏感染模型 ,紫外线 B照射激活病毒 ,照射前开始予 ACV口服 ,停药 1 d后处死动物检测活化病毒。结果 :治疗组 30例中无一例检出活化病毒 ,而对照组 30例中有 1 2例检测出活化病毒 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :预防性应用 ACV特异作用于病毒激活期 。Object:To determine whether prophylactic administration of acyclovir (ACV) may inhibit the reactivation of latent HSV 1. Methods:HSV 1 latent infection model was established in 60 Balb/c mice. Acyclovir was given to 30 of them,after UV B radiation and animals were killed 1 day after the end of acyclovir administration, cornea and trigeminal ganglia were moved out to detect reactivated viruses by PCR. Results:No virus was found from 30 mice received ACV whereas there were 12 of 30 in control group with positive results of virus detection ( P <0.01). It showed that the viral reactivation was effectively inhibited by prophylactic administration of acyclovir.Conclusion:Prophylactic acyclovir can effectively reduce the latent viral reactivation in herpes simplex keratitis.
