摘　　要：目的 :探讨臀中皮神经卡压综合征的临床特点。方法 :总结近 10年来 12例臀中皮神经卡压综合征病历 ,对其病因、病理、临床特点进行分析并提出诊治方法。结果 :所有病例均为骶髂后部剧烈疼痛 ,不伴有运动感觉障碍 ,其中 3例为腰椎间盘手术后发生 ,局部利多卡因阻滞有良好效果。结论 :臀中皮神经卡压综合征是造成骶臀痛的原因之一 ,局部浸润阻滞有良好效果。Objectives:To discuss the treatment and diagnosis of middle gluteal nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods:12 cases are reported for studying its etiology pathology symptoms and signs.Results:All cases have very severe pain in sacral gluteal region without dysfunction of sensory and motory ,the pain took place after lumbar disc operation in 3 cases,the symptom can be effectively reduced by local blocking of lidocanine.Conclusion:Middle gluteal nerve,composed of the lateral posterior ramis of S 1 S 3 nerves,located on the dorsal aspect of sacroiliac joint,the nerve surrounded by ligaments,passed through the posterior long sacroiliac ligament tunnel and the gluteal maximum muscle.Middle gluteal nerve is easy to be compressed by trauma.Sacral pain and gluteal pain may be induced.It is suggested that middle gluteal nerve entrapment syndrome that have not been reported is a main cause of sacral cluneal pain.
