摘　　要：超滤浓缩是短梗霉多糖分离纯化过程中的重要工序。本文研究了短梗霉多糖溶液的浓度与超滤速率的关系,推导出新的超滤器计算公式。根据预定的生产规模及工艺条件,可以对超滤器进行设计计算。实验结果表明用这种方法计算的结果是可靠的。Ultrafiltration is an important step in the isolation and purificationof pullulan. Here we report that a new formula of ultrafilter calculation isderived from the experiments about the relationship between the ultra-filtrate rate and the concentration of pullulan solution. It could be usedfor calculating and designing of ultrafilter under defined productionscale and technical parameters.
