模拟工厂化培养蒙古裸腹溞的试验研究Ⅰ.蒙古裸腹摄食小球藻和酵母时的摄食率、食物保证度和生产量

摘　　要：模拟工厂化培养蒙古裸腹 (MoinamongolicaDaday)的试验研究表明 ,在小球藻和酵母的不同投喂量下 ,随着蒙古裸腹种群密度的增大 ,其摄食率和日粮均下降 ,为了满足 60 %以上的小球藻日粮和 40 %以上的干酵母日粮 ,食物保证度必须达到每个有 1 0 0万个小球藻和 0 0 3mg干酵母。当混合投喂 1 0 0万个 /mL小球藻和 1 5 0mg/L干酵母时 ,得到最高的蒙古裸腹日生产量 ( 76g/m3·d)。Imitative experiment showed that food comsumption and daily rations of \%Moina mongolica\% decreased with increase in their population densities, when the animals were fed different densities of Chlorella and yeast In order to satisfy the ration more than 60% for Chlorella or more than 40% for yeast,the food assurance should be 100×10 4 chlorilla or 0 03 mg dry yeast per \%Moina \% Highest production (76 g/(m 3 ·d)) was obtained when fed with 100×10\+4/mL chlorella and 150 mg dry yeast in mixture
